Sacred Woman

Since 1992, I have been dedicated to the healing arts, on bodywork, massage, and the transformative power of women in this journey. My path of learning and growth has fueled my passion for supporting from their first menstruation to the end of life and everything in between. In 1991, my friend and mentor, Jeanine Sofra, introduced to Shiatsu-Anma massage, which inspired my studies at the Shiatsu Massage School of California. This journey has taken me to the School of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Esalen Institute, and the Santa Barbara School of Massage, as well as experiences in Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia with incredible healers. With over 2,000 hours of certified training and three decades of experience, I am deeply passionate about my work and committed to sharing my knowledge as I continue this journey into hundreds😊. My evolving practice centers on being present and holding space for every woman who seeks my services. I aim to help you relax while providing evidence-based information and practical wisdom to support your journey. This brings me to introduce Sacred Moon Intuitive Bodywork and Umoja Sacred Woman Sacred Birth—two practices that blend various healing modalities with intuition, education, mentorship to support women throughout their life cycles. My physical work focuses on creating space in the body, helping you reset and align. Through breath, you can reconnect with your spirit, allowing you to simply be.
